Eligibility
This Giveaway/Sweepstakes (“Giveaway/Sweepstakes”) is open only to current legal residents of the United States, the District of Columbia, and eligible residents of Canada who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Sponsor's parent company, affiliates and subsidiaries, and members of the immediate families or households of any of the foregoing, are NOT eligible to participate in this giveway/sweepstakes. Entering this Giveaway/Sweepstakes requires an internet connection. Seek out readily available free WI-FI if you do not wish to pay for internet access. Entry Period
This Giveaway/Sweepstakes begins on [February 15th, 2021 at 12:00:01 P.M. Pacific Standard Time ("PST") and ends on [April 21st, 2021] at 11:59:59 P.M. PST (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor’s time-keeping device is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway/Sweepstakes.
How to Enter
During the Entry Period, visit the following URL: https://www.bulletproofrestorations.com/products, and purchase either a “Bulletproof Cat Logo Short Sleeve Tshirt” or a “Bulletproof Horseshoe Logo Short Sleeve Tshirt” to receive one (1) entry in this Giveaway/Sweepstakes.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of any entrant, the entry in question will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address). Entries must be received before the Entry Period ends. By entering, entrants expressly consent to be contacted by or on behalf of Sponsor by email for purposes of this Giveaway/Sweepstakes and to receive information sent by or on behalf of Sponsor that may be of interest to them, provided entrants may unsubscribe from commercial emails unrelated to this Giveaway/Sweepstakes. If you use a wireless mobile device in connection with this Giveaway/Sweepstakes, data charges may apply. Consult your carrier for details. Information submitted by entrants and winner is provided to Sponsor and its affiliates, and is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy available on Bulletproof Restorations website. Free entry: participants may enter for free during the entry period by sending a 3x5 postcard, with sufficient postage, to BPR Group, LLC, 514 Americas Way, Suite 11211, Box Elder, South Dakota, 57719. Free entries must be received 4 days prior to the giveaway closure/end date. Only two free entries per individual and/or individual household. Postcard must contain the following information, legal first name, legal last name, current address (no P.O. Boxes will be accepted), email address, and current phone number (no virtual phone numbers, no VoIP numbers, or alternate numbers will be accepted).
General Terms
This Giveaway/Sweepstakes may be presented in conjunction with different offers sponsored or co-sponsored by Sponsor, its affiliates, and partners, and may be presented in conjunction with offers sponsored by different organizations. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible, delayed, corrupted, non-delivered or misdirected entries or e-mail, or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware or software, lost or unavailable network connections, incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information or loss of entry information, failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, or any other human or technical errors of any kind, or any combination of any of the foregoing. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering by a user's Internet service provider and/or e-mail client or for insufficient space in user's e-mail account to receive e-mail. Sponsor is not responsible for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in or accessing or downloading information in connection with this promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS GIVEAWAY/SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS GIVEAWAY/SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend this Giveaway/Sweepstakes should a virus, bugs, entrant fraud or misconduct, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, in Sponsor's determination, corrupt the administration, integrity, security or proper operation of the Giveaway/Sweepstakes. In the event of termination of the Giveaway/Sweepstakes, a notice will be posted on-line and a random drawing to award the prize will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to the time of termination. No automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted, and individuals engaging in such practices will be disqualified. Incomplete entry forms will be disqualified.
Odds of Winning
Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Prize and Prize Conditions
The prizes are: one (1) Rolex Sea-Dweller 126600-0001 men’s watch. The approximate retail value of the Rolex Sea-Dweller 126600-0001 watch is $13,500. One (1) Barton Perreira 007 Joe Sunglasses. The approximate retail value of the Barton Perreira 007 Joe Sunglasses is $440. One (1) Filson Medium Duffle. The approximate retail value of the Filson Medium Duffle is $395. One (1) Filson Rugged Twill Travel Kit. The approximate value of the Filson Rugged Twill Travel Kit is $125. One (1) W Durable Goods Paperweight. The approximate value of the W Durable Goods Paperweight is approximately $50. All prize details will be determined by Sponsor in its discretion. Prize may vary, in color, size and other respects, from items shown on website. All additional expenses and costs associated with the acceptance or use of the prize are the responsibility of the winner, except that Sponsor will pay the cost to ship the watch to the winner.
Sponsor may, at its sole discretion and for any reason, substitute a prize of equal or greater value, including a cash award. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes on the prize. Potential winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility (which shall include first name, last name, address, phone number and date of birth) Liability / Publicity Release, and an IRS Form W-9 (Request for Tax Payer Identification) (“Winner Documents”) within 10 days of notification of selection in order to claim prize. Potential winner will also be required to provide a copy of their valid driver’s license, valid state identification or valid passport with the Winner Documents, and such other information as requested by Sponsor for eligibility verification. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of right to receive prize is permitted, except in the discretion of Sponsor. To receive prize, winner must execute the Winner Documents. Noncompliance or return of any form as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Drawing Methodology and Winner Notification
Winner will be selected by a random drawing held within seven (7) business days after the conclusion of the Entry Period set forth herein from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by or under the supervision of Sponsor, whose decisions will be final in all matters concerning the Giveway/Sweepstakes. Potential winner is subject to verification. Potential winner will be notified by e-mail or phone, in Sponsor’s discretion, within seven (7) days after the drawing of the potential winner (or alternate potential winner, if applicable). If potential winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within five (5) days of being contacted, fails to complete required winner documentation, prize is returned as undeliverable, or in the event a potential winner does not accept the prize or fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, the prize will be forfeited. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given, and Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner from remaining eligible entries.
Limits on Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors and agents, and each of their directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all claims and liability arising out of participation in the Giveaway/Sweepstakes or any (A) liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever with respect to or in any way arising from the Sweepstakes and/or use of prize, including, without limitation, property damage, liability for personal injury (including emotional distress), and/or death caused, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss or misdirection of any prize or resulting from participating in this Giveaway/Sweepstakes or any promotion or prize-related activities, and (B) for any claims or causes of action based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Giveaway/Sweepstakes or use of any prize. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Giveaway/Sweepstakes or in the announcement of any prize. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Sponsor may offer multiple sweepstakes simultaneously on the Bulletproof Restorations.
Publicity Release
Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents and designees to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade worldwide in perpetuity in any media without further compensation, notice, review or approval, unless prohibited by law.
Winner List
Sponsor may post winner on its websites and social media pages. To request winner name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope on or before [June 7, 2021], to Sponsor Attention Giveaway at the address below.
